Admissions

The Windsor Christian Academy shall admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. This school shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Enrollment at Windsor Christian Academy is open to any child whose parents desire a Christ-centered, biblically based, academically excellent education for their child.

The Admissions Process

1. Mail or deliver to the Academy office the completed application with a $150 non-refundable, one time registration fee.

  If transferring from another school, please include all recent report cards, standardized testing and all other pertinent information with the application.

  If transferring from another school, please contact the school you are leaving to request that all official records be forwarded to WCA via mail or fax (610-458-2569)

2. Upon receipt of your completed application, you will be given the opportunity to meet with the Director and/or school board member.

  The Chester County Intermediate Unit, prior to their Kindergarten year, will test all Kindergarten applicants for readiness.

3. You will be notified verbally or in writing of your child's admittance status to WCA.

4. Please mail all applications to the attention of Debra Wagner, Admin. Assistant.

5. After admittance, you will need to submit the enrollment forms to complete the enrollment process.
