Contacting The Office For Dismissals/Absence/Transportation Issues

To make it more convenient for your busy schedules, you may send the office an e-mail when you need to tell us about a child's absence or lateness, changing afternoon transportation or early dismissals (contact us by 1:00 PM). E-mail the school office at info@windsorca.org. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Mrs. Reimold. You will still need to fill out an excuse for absence/tardy card, when your child returns to school.

Tardy/Sick Notices

Please call/e-mail the office the morning of the absence/tardy day. Then, fill out the form that is linked below once the child returns to school. This link will be used as an absent/tardy note. You can still submit the blue absent/tardy notes, but this should be easier for some of you. Submit Tardy/Sick Note

Busing Notes

If there is a concern with a child or bus being late, please contact your school district transportation first. Second contact the bus company directly. As always, you can call the Academy office during regular hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
