Financial Aid

Financial aid applications will be accepted from February 1–April 30 for the upcoming year.  Financial aid must be reapplied for each year.

Standard Financial Aid

Families with Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) at the following levels may qualify for the correlating discount:

Under $80k – 50% discount

$80-90k – 40% discount

$90-100k – 30% discount

$100k- 110k – 20% discount

$110-120k – 10% discount

Special Considerations

Families with AGI over $120k or other special considerations will be considered through additional online application, for which an application fee will apply. The application process is conducted online by a third party and evaluated by school administration.  Your information is kept confidential by both the online service and the school administration.


  • To apply for financial aid, go to, remit the processing fee, complete and review the application, and press “submit.”  The ID # for Windsor Christian Academy is 87177.
  • Copies of your most recent pay stubs and tax forms are required for the application, and 1040 forms must be forwarded to the school office.
  • All financial aid applicants are encouraged to participate in the Pennsylvania EITC (Educational Improvement Tax Credit) program set up for individuals. For more information on EITC, click here.
