Tuition 2018-19

Kindergarten half-day, 5 days: $3840

Kindergarten full-day, 5 days: $4800

Kindergarten combination options:

  • 2 full (TR), 3 half (MWF): $4225
  • 3 full (MWF), 2 half (TF): $4415

1st – 5th grade: $6850

6th – 8th grade: $6950

Fees

New family registration

Before April 30: $150 per family

After April 30: $200 per family

Returning family re-enrollment fee

Making It Affordable

We would love for your family to be able to join the Windsor family. Discounts, payment plans, financial aid, and scholarships are the many ways that we support families through the financial process. If you would like to make a commitment to Windsor, please contact us today to find out more about how these options can work for your family.

Discounts

  • 2% early payment discount is available for tuition paid in one (August) or two (August and January) lump sums.
  • $400 sibling discount is available for each additional child attending Windsor.
  • 50% discount is available to families where a parent is a full-time minister at a local church.
  • 50% discount is available to families who are members in good standing at Windsor Baptist Church.

Standard Financial Aid

Submission of a 1040 form is required to apply for standard financial aid. Families with an adjusted gross income (AGI) at the following may qualify for the correlating discount:

  • Under $80K: 50% discount
  • $80-90K: 40% discount
  • $90-100K: 30% discount
  • $100-110K: 20% discount
  • $110-120K: 10% discount

Over $120K: Special situations will be considered through additional online application; an application fee will apply.

Tuition Payment Plans

June 15th: $500 nonrefundable deposit is due

Plan A: Full net tuition payment by August 31 (receive 2% early-pay discount)

Plan B: Pay half of net tuition on August 31 and January 31 (received 2% early-pay discount)

Plan C: Monthly payments of net tuition total over 10 months (August – May), due on the last day of each month.

Activity fees are due in August. Families will receive e-invoices according to their preferred payment schedule. Payments are accepted via cash, check, or online bank transfer.

Scholarship Donations

Windsor Christian Academy also accepts donations for private scholarships. To make a contribution toward Windsor scholarships, please click here or contact the school office.

Busing is provided by the following school districts: Downingtown Area School District, Coatesville Area School District, West Chester School District, Owen J. Roberts School District, Twin Valley School District, Phoenixville Area School District, and Great Valley School District
