Discounts & Financial Aid

We would love for your family to be able to join the Windsor family. Discounts, payment plans, financial aid, and scholarships are the many ways that we support families through the financial aid process.

Note that a student application must be completed before a financial aid application will be considered. To request a student application, contact Brittney Estes ( 


  • 10% referral discount is available!  You now have the opportunity to receive 10% off of your family's tuition by referring a student to WCA. 

  • 2% early payment discount is available for tuition paid in full (August) or in two payments (August and January). 

  • A pastoral discount is available for full-time vocational pastors. Inquire with WCA principal or through the financial aid application.

  • The sibling discount applies to families who have multiple children enrolled at Windsor Christian Academy. 

2nd child enrolled: 25% off

3rd child enrolled: 35% off

4th child and following enrolled: 75% off

* note: This discount shall be applied to children in order of age, the oldest being the first enrolled, the second oldest being the second enrolled, and so on. The first child is the oldest child.

** Discounts cannot be combined.


Financial Aid

Financial aid applications will be accepted from January 1–April 15 for the upcoming year. Families interested in financial aid at any other time should contact the school accountant directly at
